I've been learning spanish for 10 months almost a year im i fluent?

Like i can speak to my limited spanish friends in spanish all the time i just feel that its only been a short amount of time learning spanish and i feel im spanish like i listen to music watch tv in spanish even sometimes ill even be speaking english and then by mistake ill be speaking spanish without even meaning to. i even dream in spanish y quiero vivir en un otra pais donde ellos hablan espanol todo dia cada dia.the only problem i have with is not that bad is just different accents like i can understand certian accents and slangs. thanks who every can tell me the best answers gets points tehe
