Hm Im Wondering Ive Been In The Gym For About 4 Days Now, And I Usually Just Run For 15 Minutes And Lift For 2 Hours, And Ive Been Wondering.. How Long Would It Take Me To Notice A Difference In My Arms And Chest?. Im 5'9 And 168 lbs.. Should I Eat Healthier?. Or Should I Just Continue Eating Alot Of Protein.. Please Help Me
