can someone help me i am trying to lose weight for my senior pictures, i am 5'2 and 140 lbs how can i drop down to 125 in just 3 weeks, what exercises can i do and what should i eat, i don't like salads very much, so maybe can someone suggest a good diet food without salad... and i will ignore any "that's impossible" remarks and related comments...just give me a straight forward schedule of what excercies i should do and how long, and what good foods should i eat and how much.
