5 weeks pregnant, started bleeding, now showing negative pregnancy test..!!?

hello 2 weeks ago i found out i was 5 weeks pregnant, a week after 12 positive tests...told the doctor on tuesday did a check up i was fine but was told to take it easy as had low blood pressure. on wednesday i started to bleed, with small clots, (largest size of a fifty pence piece) i went to my gp he said i had to wait another week for a trans vag ultra sound, blood pressure was normal this day. i have just done a pregnancy test today (monday) which is now negative, im still bleeding but Only a little, have i miscarried?? should i still attend my appointment at the early pregnancy unit??
