Can someone please tell me what is wrong with my brother?

Me my mom and dad were living in another town from my brother about two hours away. He was living with my other older brother for a while and he ended up going crazy and was put in a mental hospital for a week. So my mom living two hours away came to town to see what was going on with him. He got out the place and wanted my mom to move back to town so he could live with her i believe. She decided to leave were she was living and came back so did my dad and i. Here i been living with my parents and older brother that was in the mental hospital. Here this is a 28 year old male that it seems like he cant live without his mom. I really think there is nothing wrong with him as others do to. He just wants to live off my mom. He pays her fifty dollars a week to stay with her. But yet i do not get he expects a food of plate to be cooked and ready for him every day. He is very lazy and does not clean. He seems fine to me he is 28 years old and does not even know how to cook.
