Do you think this is a harsh prison sentence?

Nothing pisses me off more than the legal system> Someone could lay my throat open with a razor, paralyze me and kill my kitten and get 4 years out in 2. We spend zillions of dollars on reefer arrest "a nonviolent crime" and let pedophiles roam the streets free to commit crimes again. I believe mary jane should be legalized for medical use. It was illegal NOT to grow hemp in Virginia a couple of centuries ago. It could be taxed or used to pay taxes. We could pay off the ridiculous deficit that our frigging Prez got us into! Yes that is a very harsh sentence> I hope they walk...
