Gays: What do you think of people who are NEITHER homophobes or gay/lesbian supporters?

I think your a perfect example of internet culture, you're obviously here looking for approval (why else ask someones opinion and plead your case like that unless your looking for approval?) but you also want to come across as indifferent, detached, and somehow neutral or above the fray. (have you ever noticed how many people you run across on line seem to be trying extra hard to get their "couldn't care less" merit badge?)
