Help please serious situation?

DIETING DOESN'T WORK SWEETY. You need to go on life style change if you wanna lose weight and keep it off FOREVER . Start by eating less, carbohydrates eg. rice, pasta, should be no more than the palm of your hand size. Cut out soda and junk food, have them once in awhile as treat. Trying doing yoga/dancing/cleaning up/walking your dog/staying active through the day. There no thing as spot reduction ,you lose weight all over your body. Keep that up and your sure to lose weight.:)
