Need help with workout plans?
so imtrying to lose a little bit of weight to get rid of some belly flab. it usually takes me about 12 minutes to run a mile, so i run around my dining room for 12 min. i haven't seen progress yet cause i started a couple days ago. i also need some stuff tone my abs and get some arm muscles. im open to anything not based on pushups. i have no weights. im looking for something that is more endurance. im 13, 5"3', and weight 115 lbs. im also wondereing when i should start to lose a pound or 2. thank you for any help! im also eating better, like less candy an sweets.
