A stroke has caused me dexterity problems with keyboard?

A fifty-seven year-old male who had a stroke two years ago, I am very fumble-fingered at the keyboard, making typos that I never made before in my life. Can anybody suggest a link and/or exercises to help restore manual normalcy?
