Lose stomach fat 1 week.?

Im a football player and have intense workouts 4 days a week, but i have a pool party coming up and my chest and back are really muscular and toned. But i have a big gut, and love handles dont make me look good and are kind of embarrasing and their really big. Im 5'9 and in the middle of the day im about 206 lbs. but by the end im usually 210. what should i eat? I drink a gallon of water a day, but food usually consists of freezer food since im on summer vacation. I really want to swim without being insecure of my stomach.
