Should i be satisfied with this progress?

Its usually so hard to get me up and excercise my goal is to lose fifty lbs and I weigh 200. This week so far I ran three times but I didn't run for thirty mins only eighteen or 20. Now I haven't been eating well at all so this could hurt me but at least I got up and did it. Is this good or should I be doing more?
