Whats wrong with this wolf spider?

i found a spider,a wolf spider to be exact and he seems to have a fungal thing going on.i don't know allot about spiders other than all except the harvest spider is poisonous.so on his back it looks like um,tentacles with bulbs in the epicenter that's moving,almost like legs.oh and there is like fifty of them.he is now in one of those little purple portable aquariums well anyway they look like bumps,and it seems they are moving.so whats wrong???
